Santa!

So we made the trek to the mall today and waited to see Santa.  Thankfully they had activities in the line to keep kids entertained.  But unfortunately, they did not let us take our own pictures unless we paid for a package, and the packages were outrageously overpriced.  So out of principle we opted to just let Annie visit Santa without any photographic evidence. 

Then later while she was napping, Santa's elves came and put together her new swingset. She loves it!

And Sadie thinks this new form of movement is pretty exciting.

Some other excitement from the last week or two:

Volley! Ball!  Usually two distinct words. We went to the Regional Finals here last weekend with my parents, and Annie really got into it.

Helicopters and airplanes... they're LOUD.  She points out everything that is loud, even if she is being louder than whatever it is.

Boo-boos, and kisses to make them "all better."

More pictures of sad people or characters in several books, including some of herself at about 2 weeks old.  She now equates "sad" and (heart) "broken".

Lying on the box where we keep our wrapping paper and asking to be covered with a blanket.

Helping me with laundry, getting Sadie's food, etc.
